Spent a memorable Fathers' Day with my family on last Saturday, at Hong Kong Street Family Restaurant (along Serangoon Road). Service was quite prompt, food was not bad, most importantly, we spent a jolly' good time having dinner together as a family and sharing jokes and laughter...
On Sunday, me n Dear personally prepared a meal of homecooked dinner for my in-laws, as a way of celebrating Fathers' Day with them...
This is the way I love my life..simple and heartwarming... : )
I went to Hong Kong Street there before. Near my parent's place at Serangoon. But next time got chance try out the next door neighbour "ju bao" heard from my mum that rest., owner seems to be a cook of a hotel or something, he then later he venture out on his own at Serangoon. I went there in May (last month). The food there not too bad. Celebrate my parents wedding aniversary. My mum's favourite or her so call recommended dishes are: deep fried ikan billis, Bamboo clams, braise meat (hong sao rou, boneless).
