The clever ones may already have guessed correctly for the mind activity - M.AH.J.O.N.G!!! haha... Agree with me that its good for the mind?

After the mind activity, then we proceed to the body fitness activity - Cycling and Roller-Blading @ East Coast Park (Actually only Dear roller-blade lah. The rest of us cycle...).
(Had not cycled for many years liao..Glad I decided to cycle this time round. I feel GREAT!)
)(Yes, I look very awkward beside him. He is holding on to me for support and he is so tall and heavy!!!)
Poor Dear got a fall on his side bum when towards the end of the journey. Throughout the journey, he was doing very fine... Now got a big blue-black lor... Sayang sayang...
(Nice peaceful greenery view I saw while cycling along the track.. )
We all had an enjoyable mind-and-body fitness day, and looking forward for more of such activities and get-together, and of cuz MORE PUBLIC HOLIDAYS/ LONG WEEKENDS!!!! muhahha...
