Last Sun we spent a cosy dinner at Dear's grandma's house, to celebrate her birthday. Cuz she is much older and her movement is pretty slow and weak, we have decided to buy vegetarian food and eat in her house. It is much livier with Dawn running around, singing, and laughing, and even started talking! Its so nice to be able to spend some quality time with her...
This week we are able to go into our new house even at night, cuz all the lights have been fixed!(except for the dining lights cuz they are afraid of spoiling it during the course of work). It is getting more and more like a home, giving us a warm feeling.. Other than the lights, the laminate flooring (Kronotex) has also been laid for the 3 bedrooms. The laminate skirting for the whole house is also done, and I do agree with Dear's bright idea cuz it gives a condo look after putting skirting! Initially I din want to cuz dun wan to spend unnecessarily. I am glad he "insists" on his choice. Aircon units are set up, new toilet bowl is replaced (cuz there is a crack), designer switches (to be replaced cuz Dear finds the design not nice enough), door bell is fixed. Soon will be the carpentry works..Keep you guys updated again!
