An unplanned exploration trip

Last Sunday, after my driving lesson, I suggested going to hubby's ah ma's house in Yishun..we long time never visit her liao.. she always ask us to go visit her more often... glad we did.. hope our surprise visit had cheered her Sunday up! She seemed to be in better health and state, and can talk and laugh with hubby.. good good... she was also askin hubby in Cantonese if I am pregnant liao! muahah... Thou' I am not very good in Cantonese, I know what she is asking from the way hubby answered her...hee...

Anyway, after visiting Ah-ma and had our dinner, I told Dear that I thought I saw a prawn-fishing place near Katib MRT station... We were unfamiliar with the place there and decided to make an exploration.. So we turned here and there, then slowly drove in the dark roads before we realise its the Bottle-Tree Park!!! I didn't even know this is the place that was featured on the TV! Actually hor, when I by-passed the place, I didn't know they got prawn-fishing activity. Cuz' I only saw big ponds there and I made a wild guess! Hubby like it when I got spontaneous to make exploration, and not always 绍兴say wan to go home early lah, wan to sleep liao etc...hee.. ya, I agree, stimes I am not as "adventurous/ spontaneous" as him..hee... I am glad that this time round I have some improvements in that sense and we come to this new place and got my first time experience on prawn-fishing!!

Ouch! A bit cruel cuz after catching it alive, we gota pluck its feet out and poke the satay stick thru' its body..then followed by....

BEING BBQ-ed ALIVE!!!! They are still kicking and fighting for their tiny little lives while on the hot stove.. I feel like a murderer!!!

YES!!! I am the murderer!!!

Actually hubby also got shared this prawn with me... hee... So should we still go for prawn-fishing again huh? Quite guilty conscience leh...
