New Commitment for Year of Rat

We have a new commitment for the year of Rat. Not Junior Yam yet.. hee... Yes, we have made our decision and finally took action to buy an Off-Peak car, after deciding for a year plus. Our choice (actually is Dear's choice la) is:

HONDA FIT F-PACKAGE (WITH SKYROOF) - Red Color

The only big headache is we can only get Honda Fit through Parallel Importer (PI) and there are soooooo many PIs out there! What we did is to get recommendations from friends/ colleagues who have lobangs, and Dear also went to SG.Carmart forum to check out the best offers. We finally narrowed down and shortlisted a PI @ Turf City. Really tough to make the decision as the whole transaction is based on TRUST. You have to trust them to deliver the goods and conforming to every agreed T&C in the contract, and you have to trust them that they don't run away with your deposit, and you have to trust them while you await for your loan approval/COE bidding/arrival of the car.

Keeping our fingers crossed that everything will be fine, even including the car plate no. Hahaha.. abit pa-tang la. So long no inauspiscious number will do. Now we can do our grocery shopping with ease and convenience liao. Can even go cruising on the weekend night and stargazing through the skyroof! Cool!
