Brazil vs Singapore Selection: 3 - 0

Quite surprised that me, being a non-soccer fan, would actually buy tickets to go for the match? Hahaha... you are right.. I WON'T! These tickets were given free by Dear's company and were actually for his colleague. But in a twist of fate, that guy kena MC and was trying to give away the tickets.. Being the available ones, we decided to take them lor. Anyway its for Grand Stand tickets leh.. quite costly one hor...

The roads to the National Stadium was terribly jammed and luckily Dear rode his 老橙 motorbike and not his 小红, if not, sure cannot reach in time. Long time never go National Stadium liao, so this is a good chance for me to reminisce the old memories of National Stadium.

This match would be exciting, I was thinking, cuz the opponent is Brazil team leh!! They are so well-known for their high level soccer skills..However, I think the SG team would pale in comparison. Just as predicted, most of the audience cheered loudly for the Brazil team and only gave reluctant claps to the local team.. sad rite? Especially both of us were wearing Red, yet cheering more loudly for Brazil team..haha...

We were doing this infamous Kallang Wave, and was wondering whether it would just break and stop in between cuz the two sides were pretty empty.. So funny to see only a few people stand up and do the Wave.. Only good to see when its done by many many people... Then got the effects mah..

Think Dear found me very "irritating" and quite a mistake to bring me along cuz I kept asking him "Who's this huh?", "Why huh?', "What happened?"..... : P

Also being a soccer-player idiot, I was really ignorant to most of the soccer play names...

- Commentator: " No. XX.... Diego....." (Me: ???)
- Commentator: " No. XX.... Alex Silva...." (Me: ??? ???)
- Commentator: "No. 10... Ronaldinho..." (Me: YEH!!! WHooo!!!!" *Clap Clap Clap*)

So technically speaking, I only know Ronaldinho... haha...

Anyway, despite that SG Selection lost 0 - 3 (it was highly expected that SG will lose and I even predicted the right score lor!), it was a good game, and an enjoyable experience to add in the memories that we have spent with each other : )
