Hubby & me woke up early on a Saturday morning, which is so unusual of us, being the reason is to attend Mus & Janet's Solemnization today!
Our first time to step into the mosque, and witnessing the whole solemnization ceremony of a Malay wedding, and also understanding the meaning behind the whole ceremony process. Pretty different and special experience.
Felt some touching and teary moments:
- When I saw the nervous Mus before the ceremony, then followed by the relief and joy on his face when they are pronounced as Man & Wife.
- When Mus hugged his father who is sitting on his wheelchair, I can feel the kinship love between them.
- When I saw Janet smiling so radiantly and blissfully beside her husband, I feel so happy for them..Inside my heart, I am blessing them..blessing them a very loving and long-lasting marriage. The path that they went through wasn't that smooth but ultimately, fate decides that they are a destined couple, to be each other's life partner.
It was also Mus's birthday and all the guests sang a Birthday song for him at the lunch reception. "Happy Birthday Mus! U've got a big and priceless Birthday present ya!"
I am sure a cute little Mus/Nur Damia Lee will arrive very very soon as they look forward to having their family soon...
